Hannia Echeverria
CEO and Founder of B2B Geeks
A women-owned, SBE/DBE-certified technology solutions firm based in Los Angeles. With a vision to simplify complex technology for growing businesses, she built B2B Geeks as a one-stop partner for fiber infrastructure, low voltage systems, cloud-based surveillance, MSP services, and more.
Drawing on over two decades of hands-on experience in IT, network architecture, and strategic consulting, Hannia has led high-impact projects for Verizon Telecom, RideCo, Access Parks, and Bai Connect. Her team specializes in secure, scalable systems—ranging from structured cabling and enterprise WiFi to advanced security camera networks and telematics installations. She holds a C-7 contractor license and leads with a bilingual, client-first approach, supported by a diverse ecosystem of trusted technology partners across the IT and security landscape.
Hannia is bilingual in English and Spanish, a mother of four, and a passionate lifelong learner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and is currently advancing her leadership skills through Harvard Business School Online. When she's not driving the next phase of growth for B2B Geeks, you'll find her hiking local trails, exploring global cultures, experimenting in the kitchen, or diving into bold new ideas that keep her company—and her vision—at the forefront of innovation.

A dynamic entrepreneur and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience building and growing businesses across the technology, transportation, and wholesale sectors. With a background in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Eliseo has a proven track record in market development, operations management, and business innovation.
Currently leading market development at B2B Geeks and overseeing operations and marketing at All Wholesale, Eliseo brings a unique blend of technical insight and business acumen. His earlier experience as the founder and operator of a successful passenger transport business in Bogotá sharpened his skills in operational leadership, compliance, and customer service.
Eliseo is known for his visionary thinking, strong communication abilities, and hands-on leadership style. He excels in crafting growth strategies, managing complex projects, and mentoring teams through transformational change. With a passion for technology and business alignment, Eliseo continues to drive value for organizations seeking innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
