1. Intended Use

This application is intended solely for internal business use by B2BGeeks and is not offered to the public. Access is restricted to authorized employees and contractors of B2BGeeks.

2. No Public Distribution

The application is not sold, licensed, or made available to external users or third parties. Any unauthorized use or redistribution of the software or its interface is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Access

Use of this application requires authorization through QuickBooks Online. Data access is limited to approved internal business purposes, including the creation, management, and synchronization of invoices and estimates between internal systems and QuickBooks Online.

4. Disclaimer

The application is provided “as-is” for internal operational purposes. B2BGeeks makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the integration beyond its internal operational requirements.

5. Termination

Access may be revoked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason by B2BGeeks. Access to QuickBooks Online data may be disconnected at any time through the Intuit account management console.
